Here's how the order process works:
1) Assign sales consultants
After the online customer service has a preliminary understanding of your customized product category, number of pieces, and estimated usage time, it will assign a sales consultant to provide services.
2) Recommended styles
Sales consultants will recommend suitable styles for you based on your usage scenarios and budget. If necessary, we can arrange for product samples to be sent.
3) Confirm artwork
Due to the customization process and price, it needs to be judged based on the size of the pattern and the number of colors. Customers should try their best to provide artwork source files or materials. Only after the sales consultant arranges layout design can the process plan be determined and an accurate quotation provided.
4) Plan quotation
After the customer confirms the renderings, the sales consultant provides a process plan and a quotation based on the corresponding number of pieces (the number of customized pieces affects the tiered pricing and process price, so the price is based on the final number of pieces ordered).
5) Confirm order
After the customer confirms the quotation, he or she will provide the size, quantity, address, and invoicing information. If you have any other special needs such as blank packaging bags, removal of tags, delivery to separate addresses, etc., please inform the consultant as well.
6) Sign the contract
Yipinyunji provides complete customized contract templates for both parties to confirm the content, and supports contract seal scanning to improve process efficiency.
7) Order payment
The customer reconfirms the customized list, and the consultant assists the customer in making payment (supports multiple payment methods).
8) Order review
Our full-time QA will review each order again according to the process and try to find possible problems, including problems with images, locations, etc.
9) Production and shipment
After receiving QA review approval, the order will be submitted to the production queue. Once an order is produced, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. Then package and ship.
Order priority is determined by the shipping option selected at checkout, with expedited orders taking precedence over regular orders. Regular orders will be shipped within seven working days at the latest (three working days for proofing). Due to system ordering, modification of production information is not supported after production is pushed. If you need to modify the receipt information, please contact the consultant as soon as possible. By default, free express delivery will be used. When the order is shipped, a text message will be sent to notify you to reserve your mobile phone number.
10) Send invoice
After the order is shipped (and there is no outstanding balance), an invoice will be issued promptly.
